Lily is the other sheltie I adopted from Sheltie rescue. She is ten-plus years old, and was used for breeding in a puppy mill in Texas. She had just weaned a litter when I got her. She is now very fat and happy. ..and spayed! |

Sandy came to live with me when her owner died several years ago. She is a corgi mix, 18 years old now, and will probably outlive us all. She is very spunky and the boss of the household. |

Desi is a miniature wirehaired Dachshund- really! Not a common color or coat, but he has a long list of champions in his pedigree. He is 6 years old and really sweet. He also came to live with me when his owner died.
